Registration Fees

• Please transfer the registration fee to the bank account mentioned below and send the participant details along with prrof of payment to the event organization secretariat at pedkar@zevent.com.tr
• The registration fee includes a bag, badge, final program and participation certificate.
• VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive amounts are listed above.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organisation Tourism Services.
• For requests made before December 27, 2024, registration fee will be refunded after deducting a %10 bank fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after December 27, 224.
• Only name changes will be accepted after December 27, 2024.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

• The prices listed are for a 3-night package (April 17-20, 2025). The Package includes 3-night stay, open buffet breakfast, lunch on scientific program days, dinner, coffee breaks, opening cocktail and access to exhibition and meeting halls.
• VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive amounts are listed above.
• Please transfer the accommodation fee to the bank account mentioned below and send the participant details along with proof of payment to pedkar@zevent.com.tr
• A 2% accommodation tax has been added to the above prices.

• The Hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis. Participants not using the Z Event Congress accommodation must pay a daily fee of 100 Euros + VAT for access to the congress center from 08:00 to 18:30.
• This includes a buffet lunch, beverages during lunch, coffee breaks and the opening cocktail.
• Please note that in addition to the external participation fee, the registration fee must also be paid.

TRANSFER FEES

• Requests for transfer changes will be considered if flight changes are notified in writing at least 24 hours in advance. Any requests outside this time frame will be treated as special transfer requests.
• The round-trip transfer price is applicable for transfers between Antalya Airport and the Congress Hotel on the main arrival and departure days (April 17 and 20).
• Private transfer requests are valid for a single guest only, with additional guests being charged per person.
• For mid-day and special transfer requests, please send your request to the organization secretariat at pedkar@zevent.com.tr.
• VAT-exclusive and VAT-inclusive amounts are indicated in the above fees.

Transfer Cancellation Policy:

• Transfer Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• Cancellations made before December 27, 2024, will result in a refund after a 10% bank fee is deducted from the paid registration fee.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations after December 27, 2024.
• Only name changes will be accepted after December 27, 2024.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
